I wanted to provide you an update regarding Personal theft (e.g. pick pocketing, no violence used), which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. A theft from person occurred in which the suspect stole a mobile phone from the victim's pocket. Fortunately, on this occasion the victim was reunited with the phone after the location feature was activated, and the suspect discarded the device nearby.
